Using MoKi means accepting these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and HONG KONG TOPtoFUN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, the publisher of MoKi. By installing, accessing, or using MoKi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MoKi or purchase MoKi VIP.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission to use apps or make purchases, you may use MoKi only with that permission.

Short comics for spare moments

MoKi is an iOS and Android reader for short comics. Some current comics are available without payment, and an active MoKi VIP subscription unlocks all comics currently offered in the app. MoKi does not provide a cloud reading library, social posting, or a promise that any specific comic will remain available forever.

A weekly auto-renewing subscription

MoKi VIP is intended to be offered as a weekly auto-renewing subscription. The final localized price, applicable tax, billing period, and any trial or offer are those displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google storefront account under that storefront’s rules.

Your storefront manages billing

You can cancel through the subscription settings for the Apple Account or Google Account used to purchase MoKi VIP. Deleting MoKi, clearing its local data, or visiting the data-deletion page does not cancel a subscription or stop billing. Cancellation normally affects future renewal; access for an already-paid period is governed by the storefront’s current terms and applicable law.

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by mandatory law and Apple’s or Google’s refund policies. MoKi does not itself process your payment credentials.

Current VIP state is provisional

The current version displays VIP access based on storefront callbacks and a provisional state stored on the device. This state is not verified by a MoKi server and may not promptly reflect expiration, refund, revocation, failed renewal, or changes made on another device. You may use “Restore purchases” in the app to ask the storefront to restore eligible purchases.

A limited personal license

MoKi, its software, visual design, comics, text, artwork, and other content are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms and storefront rules, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MoKi and view available content for personal, non-commercial purposes on supported devices you control.

Do not misuse the app or its content

You may not:

• copy, republish, sell, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit MoKi comics or artwork;
• circumvent access controls, tamper with purchase state, or obtain paid content without authorization;
• reverse engineer or modify MoKi except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use MoKi to violate law, third-party rights, or storefront rules; or
• interfere with the app, Firebase services, storefronts, or other supporting systems.

Apple, Google, and Firebase have separate terms

Your use of a device, storefront, payment service, Firebase, or external support page may also be governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy. Those services are operated by their providers, and their availability or decisions are outside MoKi’s direct control.

Stories and features may evolve

The publisher may add, modify, suspend, or remove comics, features, or support where reasonably necessary—for example, for creative, technical, legal, security, or licensing reasons. This does not change a payment obligation already confirmed by the storefront or limit mandatory consumer rights. MoKi may be unavailable during maintenance, platform outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights come first

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoKi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, the publisher is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by your misuse, unsupported modification, storefront or network failure, or events outside reasonable control.

You can stop at any time

You may stop using MoKi and delete it at any time. A serious or repeated breach of these terms may result in suspension of access where technically and legally available. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; use the storefront controls described above.

Local law remains respected

These terms operate alongside the mandatory laws and consumer rights that apply where you live. A court or authority with lawful jurisdiction may resolve disputes not settled informally. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent permitted by law.
