Data deletion and privacy
No account.
Clear local data.
MoKi does not create or maintain a MoKi account, so there is no MoKi
account record to delete. This guide explains how to remove on-device
reading data, understand default telemetry and privacy requests, and
handle MoKi VIP separately.

Important billing reminder
Deleting data does not cancel MoKi VIP.
Uninstalling MoKi or clearing local storage does not stop subscription
renewal or billing. Cancel separately through the Apple App Store or
Google Play account used to make the purchase.

02 · Cleared from the device
MoKi app preferences
- Current comic and panel
- Read-comic identifiers and progress
- Daily-unlock schedule and earned unlock count
- Current tab and gesture hints
- Interface preferences
- Provisional VIP product and update timestamp
03 · Not automatically removed
Other providers’ records
- Apple or Google subscription and billing
- Storefront purchase, cancellation, and refund records
- Analytics events already sent to Firebase, including limited reading-engagement records
- Crash reports and diagnostics already sent to Firebase
- Copies in operating-system or cloud backups
- Ordinary Firebase Hosting request data
- Support and privacy-request correspondence already sent
04 · Manage the subscription
Stop renewal in your app store
Use the account that originally purchased MoKi VIP. Storefront
policy determines when cancellation takes effect and whether a
purchase qualifies for a refund.
05 · Privacy requests
Requests about data already sent
Product analytics and Crash diagnostics are collected by default in
Firebase-enabled releases. MoKi does not provide in-app switches to
disable them. Clearing app storage removes local data but does not
disable future telemetry if you continue using MoKi. Uninstalling
ends collection from that installation while the app is no longer
installed. Neither action removes Analytics events or crash reports
that Firebase already received.

Include your device platform and approximate dates of use, but do not
send passwords, complete receipts, purchase tokens, or payment
credentials.
MoKi does not set a MoKi account user ID in Firebase, and the app does
not currently expose Firebase app-instance or installation identifiers
as a user-facing request ID. We generally cannot match a name, email
address, device platform, or approximate date range to one specific
pseudonymous Firebase installation record. We will still assess each
request as required by applicable law and explain what we can identify,
delete, must retain, or cannot match. Apple and Google handle requests
about their own account and purchase records.
Support correspondence includes your email address, message, ordinary
email metadata, and any attachments you choose to send. It is handled
as described in the Privacy Policy.
